29 David Drive

After the Committee of Adjustment meeting on Sept. 15, 2021, the City View Community Association (CVCA) and many members of our community were shocked at the decision of the Committee of Adjustments to allow the severance of 29 David Drive into 41 ft and 45 ft lots. 

The CVCA is contemplating the appeal process and being encouraged by a number of residents to file an appeal. It will cost $400 to appeal the consent to sever application. We need to make a decision by Oct. 13, and would like to hear from anyone who has comments. Please email us at cityviewassociation@gmail.com.
