A number of new applications for infills are scheduled to be heard at up-coming Committee of Adjustment hearings:
February 16: three applications
- An application to sever the property at 2 (2A and 2B) David Dr., to demolish the existing detached dwelling and construct two new, two story detached dwellings, on the newly created parcels.
- An application to sever the property at 11 Tower Rd. and to demolish the existing detached dwelling and construct two new, two story detached dwellings, on the newly created parcels.
- An application to sever the property at 37 Tower Rd. and to construct a new, two story detached dwelling, on the newly created parcel.
March 2 – 1 application
- 118 Granton Ave application to build two new dwellings on newly created lots.
None of the proposed parcels are in conformity with the requirements of the Zoning By-law. Plans and full-applications are available on the City’s website. Additional information (City Planner’s Report and Tree Information Report) will be available from the CVCA.
