Committee of Adjustments Nov. Update

The latest requests for variances come for 66 Chippewa and 57 Rossland Ave. The property 57 Rossland is actually an excellent example of what CofA is there for. It does have a “minor” variance, however, it was adjourned to Nov 8 in order to look at ways to save a tree.

The property 66 Chippewa was approved to allow a third storey with a second floor rooftop terrace.
