Welcome to city view

Our community is on unceded Algonquin Territory and we acknowledge and thank the Algonquin Nation for hosting us on their land.

City View is an established neighbourhood in west Ottawa, Ontario (Nepean) with mature trees on large lots and many new homes on tree lined streets.

City View is a wonderfully central location in Ottawa with easy walking access to restaurants and shopping destinations such as College Square and Merivale Road.

Algonquin College, two branches of the Ottawa Public Library, Centre Pointe Theatre, several medical facilities and the new Woodroffe Transportation Hub are all an easy walk. The public Transportation Hub and two Queensway access points at Woodroffe and Maitland Avenue give you quick and easy access to all parts of the city in mere minutes.

There are diversified age groups living in City View from new young families to grandparents and many community events for all to enjoy.
